After having to make the hardest decision to put our much loved boy Bailey, to sleep, we wanted it to be in the peace and comfort of his own home for 15 and a half years, and not at the local vets.After being recommended to Dignipets, we were met over the phone with compassion and arrangements made.A Gentleman called Alex attended, and first discussed Bailey and his background. The process was fully explained, and at no rush to us.We took time with Bailey and held him and loved him at all times right to the end.He was beautifully dressed in his favourite blanket in a bed, and a White Rose placed on him by Alex as he left us.Total respect and care from the start.Thank you Alex, in one of our hardest times.
