She quickly understood my mindset and guided the conversation without trying to control it, avoiding any upselling or pressure; everything was based on my preferences. The conversation about planning my funeral was deeply emotional, and I left feeling assured that I had arranged everything, sparing my friends and family from worry. Unfortunately, I later had to call the office to cancel, which was tough given the effort she put into helping me create the perfect farewell. I truly cannot recommend this service highly enough. Everyone deserves a dignified final send-off.
