I’ve been using this panel for around 2 weeks, and in that short time I ended up spending $275 (around 77,000 PKR). They aggressively promote a so-called “Lifetime Refill Guarantee”, but in reality it’s nothing but a lie.
I tested their highest-priced services, and almost every single order started dropping badly. When I contacted support for refills, instead of honoring their guarantee, they blamed me for the drops and refused responsibility. To protect my own clients, I had to pay for refills from my own pocket.
Their support team is extremely unprofessional, rude, and untrained. One of their staff members literally told me:
“Don’t message us again.”
This is completely unacceptable behavior for any business. No accountability, no ethics, and no respect for customers. The guarantees they advertise are fake, and their attitude proves they know exactly what they’re doing.
