TERRIBLE
Very frustrating experience.I placed my order on March 26 while the lenses were on sale. After ordering, I used the edit option on their website within the given time window just to change the color. There was no clear warning that this would add an extra charge.Later I noticed that a small amount was added, but their website clearly says: “Your edits will be reversed You'll only be shipped the items you originally purchased at checkout.” So I assumed everything would just go through normally without me needing to do anything.Instead, my order got stuck and nothing happened.I had to contact customer service multiple times, and in some cases I had to message them twice just to get a response. The replies were slow and didn’t really solve the issue. They told me there was a pending payment, which didn’t make sense based on what their own website says.At that point I even tried to just pay the extra amount myself to move things forward, but the payment option didn’t work at all.After 25 days of waiting, emails, and confusion, they didn’t fix anything they just refunded the order.The worst part is that I originally bought the lenses on sale, and now they are no longer discounted, so I can’t even reorder them for the same price. The only thing they offered was a 10% discount, which doesn’t make up for the time and frustration at all.Overall, very poor communication, a confusing system that doesn’t work as described, and a complete waste of time. I would not recommend ordering from this website.
