No Response - After sales Customer Service

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Dimple Lenses. I contacted them multiple times regarding a faulty pair of lenses I received. Initially, they responded and offered me a replacement or a full refund. I opted for the replacement, but since then, I’ve had no communication from them at all despite several follow-up emails.The lack of acknowledgement and customer support has been incredibly frustrating and distressing. It’s unacceptable to be left in the dark after being promised a resolution. I expected better service and accountability. I would not recommend Dimple Lenses based on this experience.--------------Edit: I have finally had a response. I would of definitely appreciated some acknowledgement and clarity rather than chasing the way I had to. I hope Dimple understands my frustrations and improves on this for future customers. Thank you for rectifying my issue.
