Total scam. Purchased a pair of sunglasses in their sale, the glasses are poor quality and don't fit. I emailed to ask how to return them on the day I received the delivery, and they replied saying I can't return them because I bought them in the sale. I would never make any purchase online if I couldn't return the item and I'm fully aware that in most circumstances it is a customers legal right to return something purchased online.We've sent a few emails back and forth - I explained that they can't set a returns policy like this on online sales because it's literally against the law but they refuse to accept this. They even included a spiteful dig in their most recent email about having the option to make goodwill exceptions but choosing not to in this case due to the nature of the correspondence. What, because I stated that I have rights as a consumer that their policy doesn't override? WOW. I wish I had seen these reviews before ordering but I stupidly thought that a brand founded by someone I'm a fan of (Sam Thompson) would be legit and felt good about buying from them initially. Sadly that's clearly not the case and I'm now having to pursue this via my bank and Citizens Advice/Trading Standards. I would strongly encourage others to do the same. Don't assume you can trust this brand, there are also comments on their Instagram posts from customers who are being ignored or refused refunds.
