We used Dinevs for a move between East London and Hertfordshire. They were great - clear communication; dismantled and reassembled furniture; everything got here in one piece; and they were reasonably priced. We will use them again for our next house move.
I don't have to express words how happy I'm with their services. Moving is always a stressful time, but Dinevs we're very profissional and understanding of our questions. In a time you are not certain of the amount of stuff to move, the company assurance that they will not charge us more than what they quote and so they did, keeping their words. The movers where absolute amazing I was so impress how fast they where and never given a glimpse of complaining (if you live in London for long, you know what I mean). Overall I highly recommend them.
I would give them 6 stars if it was possible. The team did an amazing job, with a difficult and long operation that lasted close to 15 hours, incl a 200 mile journey and long sessions of Tetris to make their best to fit everything we had. Exceptional care for our belongings even when tiredness was creeping in. Top team and top work. The office admin team is super responsive too and communicating was fast and easy.Moving is stressful, the distance just augments this and the team made it all much easier for our family.Thank you team.
I never write reviews but I am so impressed with Dinev's and highly recommend the company. The two removal men were punctual, professional and friendly. They packed our flat into the van with great care, and were understanding when we waited for the keys of our new flat to be released. Arriving at the new flat, we learnt the lift was broken. The men did not complain but worked even harder, carrying our belongings up three flights of stairs without any resentment (including a solid oak wood dining table). I could not recommend Dinev's more.
Where do we start with arguably the best moving company in London. The team arrived in time, called us ahead to inform us that they were on their way. They work so hard, take perfect care of your belongings and are just simply amazing. Nothing was too much. Moving everything into the vans went smooth, they are so so friendly and grafters!!! They helped us dismantle a double bed and super king size bed and reassembled it at our new property too!!! We didn't expect that so we were really pleasantly surprised. All the reviews speak for themselves. If you need a moving company with very affordable rates, look no further. Obviously it comes as no surprise that we gave them a significant tip for all 3 movers. Soooo deserved. Thank you for everything and helping us move without 1 single issue. I hope your business thrives even more as you deserve all the clientele you can handle. Moving is one of the most stressful things one can experience and Dinev’s Quick and Easy Removals made it a very smooth and pleasant experience. The booking process was easy, Misho was extremely helpful answering all my questions and booking me in for the date convenient to me. On the day the team came in advance to ensure we arrange parking and other admin and can start on time. Andrei and Anatoly were amazing, they packed my entire home carefully and efficiently, signing the boxes for easy locating things. Exceptional care for my belongings, even I am not as accurate as they were. Top team and top work!Within just 4 hours I was in my new home with all my stuff. Absolutely fantastic service!
