I had an excellent experience with the removal company that handled my move from London to Edinburgh. From start to finish, the team was professional, efficient, and extremely careful with my belongings. Everything was packed and transported securely, and the move was completed on time with no issues at all. Their friendly attitude and attention to detail made what could have been a stressful experience completely smooth and hassle-free.
Excellent company. Turned up perfectly on time, were very professional and friendly but also just got to it with no delay. The table we were moving out didn't fit through the door so they dismantled it for us and put it back together in the new house, putting dust sheets down first. I also paid them to dispose of some rubbish, which they were happy to do even though it was a spur of the moment thing. Would highly recommend this company and I would definitely use them again.
Highly recommended. I first contacted the team about the move out service to pack and move everything from my home to the storage unit as we start renovation. They did an excellent job with wrapping all the fragile items and positioned them in the storage in ways to avoid damages. I reached out to the team again after a few months to move everything back in the house. Once again, they did a tremendous job. Super quick and super nice people to speak to.
From the initial quote and site survey through to the negotiation, the pre‑move packing, moving day, and the final collection of the plastic pallets, the entire experience was exceptionally smooth. Every member of the team demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, discipline, and an impressive work ethic. The process was meticulously organised, with all items securely packed, handled with great care, and placed thoughtfully in their designated rooms. They also accommodated additional requests—such as dismantling a trampoline—without hesitation. Outstanding service from start to finish. Highly recommended. A+++.
I booked them few weeks ago, from the start I already realised they were a really professional company, communication was very clear all the times, but it didn’t finish here, today Asen and Ivan came to do the moving for me, they were even earlier than the starting time, as soon they started moving my only thought was just WOW! The way those 2 guys worked is really unbelievable, they moved a full house to my new house in less than 2 hours and half, they really know what they are doing, they were extremely quick, never saw something like that before, and on top of that, every single items, has been moved with such a good care that nothing has been damaged at all!!! Definitely HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! And very affordable price for anyone!!!They definitely deserve more than 5 stars, and for ASEN and IVAN even higher to 10 stars!! I’m so glad that I choose them, they have made my moving completely stress free!
I never thought moving could be so easy and stress-free! The guys did everything for me, they were fast, but still took care of all my belongings. Everything arrived in perfect conditions! Most importantly they were incredibly professional, but also super nice! Highly recommend their services!
