The first time I shopped everything was in sight. When I went back to purchase the fetch it was not there. I had to look for it. After I purchased it I tried to buy extra balls that had been shown with machine I could not find those. I sent email requesting info to purchase extra balls. It has been several weeks and I have not heard from them. I am looking other places for balls.
