On November 10th, I ordered earrings advertised on the website. The next day, I received an apology about a technical issue with the item and was offered a refund or an alternative purchase. I requested a refund on the 13th, but by the 14th, the earrings were still being advertised. I called multiple times without response until I finally received confirmation that the refund was in process. By December 5th, after more unreturned calls, I inquired again about the promised refund. The following day, I was informed of ongoing technical issues with refund processing. This situation has dragged on for over 30 days. I'll update this review once I finally receive my refund. Be cautious with this brand regarding refunds if the item you want is out of stock or not as expected.
