I left a 1* review about 3 months ago regarding a gold tear drop bracelet gifted to me, which lost its colour completely, having advertised itself as wearable everyday (which I did). DH responded immediately and offered to re-coat the bracelet at no extra cost to me. They paid to pick up and deliver the bracelet, and within a month, I have my bracelet back, looking wonderful again.
