I’ve had multiple next day orders delayed, one large delivery turn up without even being notified that it was shipped, and have generally found communications from the team very poor. They promote a premium product yet have found our decking planks to scratch easy and also splinter. Dino say the product is good for DIYers to install, yet don’t provide any installation guides, help or assistance - only pushing customers towards the sales brochure for answers (which it doesn’t give, FYI). I found that the starter clips didn’t actually fit the decking planks, and we had to cut them shorter to give a tight fit. I queried this only to be given an irrelevant answer, which has you can imagine was frustrating. They’re selling products that don’t fit! Delivery prices are ridiculously high, meaning that meticulous maths and estimates are needed to get your order perfect. Yet if you over order and refund they’ll deduct 10% for ‘restocking’. I find a restocking fee for a bag of clips very hard to justify. I can’t say I’m happy enough with the product or service to recommend them.
