UPDATE: They provided me a refund. It shouldn’t have taken several weeks to come to a solution, but atleast they provided a good one. I’d they can’t handle the volume of emails they should really hire more staff. Extremely awful customer service. I’ve made several purchases from dippin daisys so I’m a pretty loyal customer. In the past I’ve been happy with my purchases so I didn’t have to reach out to customer service, but this time I had an issue with my order. I ordered bottoms, and they were missing the little bow in the front. I’ve been emailing them for weeks asking if they can process and exchange for me since it’s false advertising to display a product in the stock photo and have it be different in person. I’ve gotten very few responses, all of which are unhelpful. I feel like these people don’t even know what they’re doing. It’s not that complicated. The stock photo shows a little bow in the front and the bottoms I received are missing them. They’re telling me that none of the bottoms in the warehouse have a bow. That means the quality of their products are inconsistent. I’m extremely unhappy with my experience and might stop shopping here all together.
