I ordered end of March and did finally receive my products this past Friday. I had received a refund via PayPal so I reached out offering to pay for the items. They told me it wasn’t necessary as they understand they delays were on them. I think they got too many orders with nail salons being closed and didn’t anticipate shipping delays. I haven’t tried the powder so can’t comment on that, but I do believe you will eventually receive your order.
