Absolutely disgraceful service, i ordered from dipsy nails about 4 weeks ago,, all i get is the same response that they cant refund me as my items are in transit! Ive been trying to contact the bank all week to reportthis as fraud and get my money back.. but its impossible to get through during the current pandemic, i hope these people get shut down and locked up for fraud
