Diptyque online shopping is no luxury experience...

I have been a Diptyque customer for years but I have to say that their online customer service is poor.Ordered a candle weeks ago and have never received it. Am now involved in a long drawn out saga to get my money back. Am dealing with a “customer service” agent called Marilyn who only answers emails every other day....Wish me luck!!
