I placed my order on behalf of my grandchildren for flowers for their mum's birthday. The order was not fully processed, no flowers were delivered. When I followed it up with an email to the florist, I received a message to say the payment was only pending, so the order was cancelled and no money had been taken. No apology, no expression of regret that they failed to deliver - not from the florist (Buttercups & Daisies, Thetford) and not from Direct2florist either. I would say it was appalling customer service but there was NO service. Don't bother with this company because they won't bother with you, the customer is unimportant to them!
