would like to share another part of my experience with this company.In November, I ordered services from them, but the service was never delivered. They kept rescheduling and telling me to wait for another date. However, whenever I called the company, no one answered the phone and they never called me back.When I sent emails, they sometimes took a week or even a month to respond. Their customer service has been extremely unprofessional and irresponsible. They consistently missed appointments and failed to follow through on their promises.This situation has been ongoing for about four months now. During this time, I have still been charged approximately 299 dollars every month. Before that, they had me sign a contract for 24 months, which now feels like a trap because they continue charging while not delivering the services they promised.I am sharing this experience so others can be aware and be careful before signing any contracts with this company.
