Hannah was fantastic in advising us over the phone about the hot tubs and couldn't have been more helpful. Another company offering similar priced tubs said that someone 6ft tall would need a longer and deeper hot tub than we ended up ordering. Thanks to Hannah's advice the Horizon tub we purchased is plenty long enough and perfect for our family. Pre delivery all advice re getting the electrics sorted so it could be hard wired in and sorting the base as needed was great also. The cost was amongst the lowest we saw online which we thought may be risky but the hot tub looks and runs better than we'd hoped for. We paid for Platinum Package and full install and the team set everything up for us including fitting the cover/cover lifter steps etc. They did a great job, left the garden tidy and the advice they gave was incredibly helpful. We had a small logistical problem re delivery but it was all resolved successfully.
