At that time, we were assured that all required documents would be provided after the payment was completed.However, after finalizing the payment and submitting our formal request for the documents, we received only a generic response containing general company information. No specific proof of authorization or authenticity has been provided to date.This situation raises serious concerns regarding transparency and the legitimacy of the products. A company dealing in branded electronic goods is expected to provide official documentation verifying authenticity or sales authorization when requested by the buyer.We respectfully request that this matter be formally reviewed, and that the company be required to either provide the requested documentation or issue a clear official statement regarding its authorization to sell these branded products.
