AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! Hired them to move from NC to OR and they quoted me one thing then raised it after visual inspection and raised it again once all my items were loaded so the price tripled because they are incapable of correctly quoting items. They gave false information to me countless times about the delivery date, date my belongings would be loaded, and how the truck would be driving directly to Oregon. They told me multiple times my belongings would be loaded same day but actually held them for 9 days after pick up when I had already arrived in Oregon. My delivery date started at 7 days and we are on day 16 and they still can’t give me a date and expect me to contact the driver directly. I have had to reach out for all updates and communication and am always met with resistance and excuses. The movers were extremely unprofessional, sexist, and incapable. I’ll be shocked if nothing is broken when it arrives and they were careless with making an accurate inventory saying it took too long. Because of their misinformation we have spent thousands of dollars on an Airbnb waiting for them and have run out of essential items. They also promised to make it right and give me an offer over a week ago and are now avoiding the topic. This company in my opinion is predatory, deceitful, incapable and lacks any skills or communication abilities. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!The driver/main delivery guy was extremely rude, expressing no sympathy whatsoever, saying "I'm just the driver". Throughout the unloading he barked commands rudely at the other two movers, barely letting them have breaks. He also told me to put away anything valuable because he didn't want my husband to accuse them of stealing and then "remember later he just took the jewelry it to get cleaned".Once they started unloading, we noticed how HORRIBLY they had handled our belongings during the haul. Almost every box was smashed with broken items inside, some were even torn open. EVERY SINGLE piece of furniture arrived broken, bent, dented, or scratched, including my grandfather's desk which they basically broke in half. Our mattress was stored folded in half and now has a permanent bend in the middle, and is ripped on every corner. Multiple dining chairs are busted out the back. Our sofa is smashed in on one side and the leg on that corner no longer touches the floor. Our brand new Weber grill has a HUGE dent in it... just to name a few things. The photos speak for themselves. Still, the driver was extremely rude and unapologetic, going so far as to say we didn't pack the boxes right (I used TONS of bubble wrap in every box), and that my grandfather's desk was made cheaply and that's why it broke.
