If this is wasn’t a relocation service I would leave them one star but I know the standard is pretty low so given that, I’ll give them an extra star. Here were the issues: 1) breaking a lamp 2) switching payment policies from contract to final payment 3) Not delivering on the their 10 day promise of delivery 4) ignoring our phone calls when we needed to check on delivery dates 5) not being straightforward about the insurance policy 6)scratching our floors on delivery 7) gaslighting constantly. What they did well: The guys who picked up our furniture were very careful and amicable
