Excellent service from Direct Running. My husband ordered his normal trainer size but the brand he'd chosen were a little on the small size. Absolutely no problem changing the trainers for the next size up.The only down side and I haven't marked you down for this but you really need to change your courier. Royal Mail contacted me with a date they would deliver but I had to change the date as we were on holiday. I had written confirmation from Royal Mail with the new date and when we got back from holiday the parcel had been delivered on the original date and it had been chucked over my back garden gate which is not the safe place I had told them about. Good job I hadn't ordered anything fragile!
