Visited Direct Spec in Burton this afternoon, arriving at 16:33, only to find the store closed—despite their stated opening hours being until 5 PM. There was no sign on the door, no notice, and no explanation.I completely understand that circumstances can change and things pop up unexpectedly—but it would be far less frustrating if there was at least a note on the door. As it stands, it just feels like you don’t care about your customers.This is the third time this has happened to me over a period of time. While the service is good when you can get into the store, the lack of communication and reliability really lets the experience down.
