A friend recommended Direct specs to me when she realised how much I was paying for my prescription lenses. My first visit to Direct specs Walsall was tentative, more of a browse and price check. Clare was welcoming, informative and answered my many questions without frustration or pushing for a sale. I took the information, and returned two weeks later with designer frames to be fitted with prescription lenses. Clare again was professional, friendly and courteous whilst taking measurements etc., no hard sell to go for the most expensive options, she really meets your needs, gives options with pros and cons etc., Clare structures expectations in terms of timeframe and called within that timeframe to advise glasses were ready. I was relieved and impressed with how great the glasses looked, ( I was worried incase the frames got damaged) they were perfect.
