Absolutely fantastic service at DIRECT SPECS in SHIRLEY,BIRMINGHAM. I had a fall and as a result,my spectacle frame got damaged.As I had purchased them from Direct Specs in Shirley,i took them there. The staff Gary and Matassa were incredibly helpful and efficient. Gary repaired the frame while i waited in the shop and To my surprise, there was no charge for the repair. As a customer who purchased my glasses here, I truly appreciate this exceptional level of care.
