placed an order 2 weeks ago. Didn't get any update. Had to email them and Tim said he would check. After 1.5 weeks I still didn't hear from him, sent another email and still didn't get any response for a few days. Went to the FB page to leave a comment enquiring about the status of my order. Tim replied me within the hour of me posting on their FB page saying there was a stock delay and he will post the item out ASAP. and tried to pacify me with a $15 voucher.I responded by saying that I would like the fastest shipping instead of the $15. Still no response.Went back to FB to see if they responded to my comments only to find that they have been deleted and I have been blocked from commenting. I have 2 dogs and 5 cats and purchase from online pet stores on a regular basis. This is my first time purchasing from DTP and needless to say, I will not be purchasing from them again, and I would spread the word about this website and ensure no one has to go through the same painful experience as I did.
