I placed my very first Dirty Mids order on Feb. 14th. I received part of my order on March 10th (joggers & shorts) and received the rest of my order today, March 24th (two pairs of baseball pants & shoelaces). I contacted Customer Service to check on the status of my order a few times and received the same generic response "I’m so sorry for the delays you’ve experienced, and I completely understand how frustrating this must be for you. We will definitely look into this situation and work to resolve it. I assure you that we are doing our best to avoid this in the future.", but nothing was done differently.
