Have used Discount supplements for years but that’s about to stop.
They have recently changed the flavour of both XL Nutrition Xtra Whey and the XL Nutrition Whey & Carbs.
When I queried an odd tasting purchase of Whey & Carbs they stated that the recipe hadn’t changed and a replacement bag was sent out but this tasted different too.
I’ve just opened a new bag of the Xtra Whey and this too tastes horrible, really glad I wasted my money on two bags of it.
To change the products without telling customers is poor and then to deny anything had changed in a customer service email is even worse.
