Very disappointing experience

Very disappointing. I paid for next-day delivery, but it arrived nearly a week later. When I complained, I was told to return it, yet they wouldn’t reimburse shipping costs, claiming they tried to contact me (which I never received). Terrible customer service; I felt completely unheard. I won't shop here again.

Fantastic product and service

Unsatisfactory customer service

Unsatisfactory customer service. My address was incorrect on the package, and I received no help from them. I was told I had to resolve it myself and they wouldn’t return anything. The office staff were rude and unprofessional. I had ordered regularly without issues, but this experience was very disappointing.

Significant delays with my order

It took weeks to receive my order. They sent half of it and then the rest weeks later, but I never received all my items. Now they're claiming they've sent items I never got. Communication was poor unless I reached out first.
