I mailed the hearing aid to Signia that needed a new battery. I told them I needed it back in 2 weeks as I was traveling. Almost a week after mailing it I called and Discount had no record of receiving it even though UPS said it had been delivered several days before. So the hearing aid sits there, nothing happens, I call and text Discount and now they say it still hasn't been shipped back to them 1 1/2 weeks later. Then, they will need to mail it to me. There's no way I'll have it in time.This isn't my first mis-adventure with Discount. I had lost one hearing aid and took me a while to order a new one. They said 1-1 1/2 weeks to get it, They never contacted me and when I finally got a hold of them they said they'd expedite it. It took a month to get the replacement.They may be good about shipping brand new hearing aids but they are a disaster if you have to ship something back.
