I purchased Phonak hearing aids online five years ago from another source, but the level of interaction and service didn’t compare at all to what I have received from the guys at Discount Daily Hearing (DDH) on my new Phonak units. I have been using a local audiologist for the past several years for ongoing support for my older Phonaks, but have been pleasantly surprised— almost shocked — that with today’s technology, the support and tuning/program adjustment can be done quite well remotely through a smartphone and bluetooth… DDH has proven it to me.With a lower cost for my Phonak P90s than what my local provider was willing to do, I was expecting just sales and minimal support from DDH, but they clearly have the knowledge and experience to provide service and personalized programming of my hearing aids that rivals a local office staff, without leaving my home, and without spending $100 every time you walk into the door of the audiologist office. And I found out today, DDH does it for the life of your hearing aids, all included with that initial purchase price!You may want to go to a local provider for an initial consultation, hearing assessment and audiogram, but from there I can recommend DDH without reservation for the hardware purchase and support they offer.
