This review is to thank Mr Trey Peach of Discount Daily Hearing for an excellent customer experience with my purchase of Phonak Paradise P90. The order was made on September 13, 2021 and was delivered on September 30, 2021. Mr Trey Peach has taken the time to see to it that the shipping and billing address are accurately taken. Phonak paradise P90 hearing aid has been a challenge and a learning curve for me as a first time user of hearing aids. These include bluetooth pairing, and the use of “myPhonak” app. Mr Trey Peach was very courteously reassuring and has patiently explained by email, the various YouTube link, which helped me a lot. Although “myPhonak” app remote control have some advanced features to adjust frequency, volume, noice reduction, speech focus etc, there are some things that only an audio professional can fix either remotely or personally.I had problems with chirping high pitch with scratchy like chipmunk sounds when talking to someone with my hearing aid, so I called Mr Peach and he hooked me with an audio professional, for the first time, but the audio professional, for some reasons, had some difficulty making three consecutive appointments. Mr Peach has responded to my emails and followed up appointment phone calls with apologies for the audio professional for not making the appointments. Mr Peach was very sympathetic, very professional by patiently hooking me with a second audio professional. Although returning the item has crossed my mind, however due to Mr Peach’s eagerness to help, I couldn’t refuse but instead gave it another try. Finally, Eric, the second audio professional was on time on the stated appointment. He was very knowledgeable, has patiently helped to explain to me what to do. He made some adjustments, changed the domes for both ears, lower the high pitch chirping scratchy sounds in both ears, that made a big improvement. Big thanks to Eric for also re-testing both of my ear for some hearing frequency sounds and reprogrammed the hearing aid as needed, remotely. Mr Trey Peach is a very good manager and a gem to Discount Daily Hearing who stands behind a product with excellent customer service experience.
