The process was very straightforward and went well at the lab, with results from my selected tests arriving the next day! I rated it 4 stars because I had to contact customer support regarding a duplicate test I ordered, and I didn’t receive a response until after my appointment. Fortunately, the lab technician was able to leave the duplicate test out, and I wasn't charged for it.
