Ordered two pair of Wanglers on Invoice No 6285. One of the two pairs had obviously had the wrong size label stitched into the jeans. In stead of 32” inside leg they were 28” obvious mistake. However I am upset that I have sent two emails to the sales team and Oliver Hawkins to ask what I should do and would they pay the return postage. Both emails have gone unanswered waiting over two weeks for a reply. Not happy. Wayne.Ollie, has since got back to me. Telling me he was out of the country, he said for me to send the wrong size back and he would replace. I did this with instruction documenting the correct size I wanted as a replacement. A short time later a replacement pair of jeans arrived, again the wrong size. I have since notified Ollie of this and asked that I can send the Jeans back for a full refund and 2 x postage refund. I have heard nothing back. This has cost me well over £50 for a pair of jeans I can not wear.
