I am new to this program, so I don't have anything to review as to repairs. But getting initially enrolled was made very convenient by dealing with Franko. The cost of this service is significantly less than the one I had previously on other bikes. (That was the Harley dealership ESP plan.) He stayed in communication and responded quickly to any questions or concerns that I had. I look forward to continued use of this service and will gladly recommend to others.
