Franko Cardozo is a top notch rep. I had called discount ESP about 2 weeks ago and spoke with him about possibly getting a warranty, he sent me a quote with the prices that I’d pay and even offered me a free year on the 2 year warranty which is awesome. He followed up with me about last week and I asked him questions about everything, and he was very patient with me. So I pulled the trigger, he mad the process super simple and easy. 10/10 would definitely earn my buisness again.
