I’ve had a few thing from DE and mostly everything has been great but a couple of times I had problems, once resulting in refund and another when cheap rubbish arrived, nothing like described in the ad. However on both occasions DE were very helpful, it’s not DE’s fault that some of their suppliers are not trustworthy.
