I've used DFCH for at least 10 years and multiple times in any one year. I've occasionally researched prices direct with car hire companies and DFCH are always better. I have also changed times and dates of hire on some occasions. None of these have been difficult to do and have resulted in me getting exactly what I needed with no issues in terms of changes or refunds. On the odd occasions my bookings have got complicated (due to me, not DFCH) I have contacted Andy and his team via email or telephone and everything has been resolved with speed and no fuss whatsoever. I have no relationship with the company or anyone that works for it but if you are thinking of using DFCH, just do it.
