I booked car hire with Alamo through Andy back in February. I was a little worried at first so I called him and had a very good chat. It was our first time going to Florida and some of his advise was pleasing to hear and reassuring.So 9 months later the sat nav arrived the week before my holiday (get this from Andy and not the rental company).Holiday then came and as we'd been advised to complete the online check in things were so easy. I went to the Alamo desk in the airport and immediately got sent out to the car park. I was greeted immediately and told that I could choose any car on a particular row in the car park, the keys were already there. My kids loved the fact they could pick the car and based it on colour rather than spec or comfort lol.We then passed through a check point on the way out of the airport and off we went.When we returned the car we parked in the car park and got greeted by one of their guys. He scanned a barcode on the car and that was it!So so easy I couldn't believe it. Very highly recommended and next time we go away I will be calling Andy about car hire again.
