Update: First of all, Kudos to Trust Pilot! Upon publishing my earlier review, they contacted DM. That generated a flurry of CS activity on the part of DM to remedy the issue. Thanks TP. DM CS has contacted me several times, and they also communicated directly with LUXE. LUXE is extending the subscription period and changing the regional issue to Texas. DM also offered and provided additional compensations that soothed my ire and were much appreciated. Therefore, in the spirit of reconciliation, and to recognize Trust Pilot for their outstanding involvement, I am revising my rating in this matter.Original Review: Ordered LUXE magazine. Did not receive the first issue until 5 months after order. Issues are specific for different regions. I live in DFW but they sent me Arizona. Contacted DM's CS initially about the delay and now about the error in regional issue. Have yet to receive a response. Subscribing to print magazines is akin to ordering VHS tapes...it's over. Never again.
