I have been a flow customer for years an throughout the years there services have gotten worse an worse to the point were I had to switch to digicel and as of recently its seems as if they're stealing/deducting credit off of my flow sim which I got about a month now keep in mind I do not borrow credit because I have no need for it nor do I want it but I top up my flow sim regularly an every weekend they keep sending SMS messages saying I only have a balance of 0.01 which makes absolutely no sense this has gotten out of hand and this cannot continue ive reached out to there quote "Customer Service Team" quote" pay robot every single call a robot" and ive yet to get a response so now it really seems as if im supposed to just stop using flow services overall because there main service is usually use is the WiFi an now there's no WiFi post hurricane an I see now efforts being made to renew these Services an the other only thing a plan which quite frankly never yet a work ive yet to activate a working 'FLOW" plan. I dont know if flow read these responses but something needs to be done and my unused credit needs to be returned not of which was free credit is not free an I refuse to waste my money purchasing it for it to be stolen/deducted.
