My husband was struggling to nominate a new doctor, as our current doctor moved to Mosselbay. After calling Discovery multiple times to nominate a new GP, Lalita eventually answered his call and it was done immediately. Where it took a couple of other consultants to not be successful Lalitha did it in a blink of an eye . She is a true gem.
