Updated 25/11/2025: I’m sharing my experience to inform others. This isn’t a comment made lightly; it follows three years of issues. I don't believe I'm being unfair. I paid a premium price and used the installer recommended by the company, yet I've faced leakage problems for three years. I've incurred significant repair costs, including damage to flooring and ceilings. Now, the company is offering a new skirting board, but I still have to cover installation costs and deal with the same problems again. My trust in this product has diminished. I don't want to spend more on repairs, uncertain of when the next leak will occur. The issues keep recurring. I might as well install a radiator, as they don't pose the same leak concerns. Additionally, consumers should note that skirting heating systems have multiple connection points, and the joints in this product are quite fragile, increasing the risk of leaks. 24/11/2025: This product lacks reliability. I installed it three years ago using a company-recommended installer. Every year, despite adding the inhibitor as instructed, leaks have emerged in various locations, resulting in damage to my ceiling and flooring. The manufacturer's 10-year warranty also seems unreliable, as they always find excuses to evade responsibility.
