I suspect the business will run out of steam. It’s become a (very expensive) fast food chain.I used to love the place. I’d go out of my way to go there.Staff aren’t what they were.Food appears to be double the price it used to be…..which would be fine but the portions appear to be half what they used to be.Lots of upselling, no warmth to the service, very soulless. Almost a caricature of itself. At least £50 a head with a beer. Unsustainable in my opinion.Shame.
