I visited Dishoom Birmingham with my family on Saturday. The reception was warm and welcoming, and our assigned server was attentive. However, the overall experience was disappointing.The food lacked flavour and was poorly executed—several dishes were overly salty, packed with masala powder, and undercooked. Despite the restaurant’s reputation, the meal felt rushed and unrefined.While our server was courteous, we noticed other staff members chatting amongst themselves, spilling water, and showing little attention to nearby tables. This lack of professionalism detracted from the dining atmosphere.Unfortunately, the visit felt like a complete waste of time and money.
