Do not put your subscription on pause, cancel the whole account

Subscribed to Disney plus, after a month i decided Netflix is far better so i put my subscriptions on hold only to find they had started charging again one month later. I have been promised a refund after complaining, To make sure this will not happen again i have totally cancelled Disney + altogetherYet just another way to con subscribers.
