Disney Plus - Terrible Customer Service

In 2020, I had Disney Plus, and because I moved to @latvia, a country this stream wasn't supporting, I had to cancel. The payment method was via Klarna direct debit, and I contacted Disney as I couldn't log in to my account to terminate it due to the country's limitations. They replied that not paying would automatically cancel the plan (attached). A few weeks later, Klarna contacted me, charging the value; I informed them, shared documents, connected both parties and moved on.A few weeks later, but still in 2021, my issues began: Incasso started to try to charge me for this debit.For several years, I have been sharing the same documents, and every three months, they threaten to charge even more. I politely replied, explaining the situation and sharing the documents proving this charge must be disregarded. Still, they insist, and that's why I am reporting this to Trust Pilot.I tried to contact Disney, and they insisted this was not their problem, but nothing was done to amend the situation.Case Number - CS2916224
