I purchased a phone from Samsung which came with a twelve month's free Disney+ subscription. I took out the subscription on the 1st June 2022 and to my surprise Disney+ had taken out £79.90 for the subscription which was free from Samsung. I confronted Disney+ but they are saying they will look into it and my refund will take 10 days but they were extremely quick to withdraw the money from my account within less then 12 hours. Please be aware of such scams from these companies as not many people check their accounts when taking out free promotional subscriptions from these companies. If I hadn't checked my account then Disney+ would have kept the money. Also my account is now overdrawn and Disney'+ isn't taking any responsibilty in times like now a days with everything going up in price.Be AWARE this company is a scam. Not even worth one star rating.
