Very, very poor. Ordered and paid on the 28th April, allegedly sent out on the 29th however nothing from Royal Mail and no response at all to countless emails and online messages sent to them since. Very strange as have ordered from them before and whilst they are slow it has turned up - no idea what's gone wrong this time. Be aware - they now appear to be scamming.
